Dr. Adijat Adefila

I am an Employee Retention Consultant and Educator in various business management areas. From a young age, I have developed a strong love towards improving people's lives. Coincidentally people find it very easy to come to me for their emotional, personal, and professional support. Helping and supporting comes to me naturally, and I always feel fulfilled whenever I positively impact lives.

Dr. Adijat Adefila, a British Nigerian, is an Employee Retention Consultant and Educator driven by a deep passion for enhancing people’s lives. From a young age,she has been dedicated to the noble pursuit of helping others thrive. With an innate ability to connect with people, she naturally becomes a trusted source of emotional, personal, and professional support. Witnessing the positive impact she has on individuals brings her a profound sense of fulfilment.
