Becoming HER Programme
Becoming HER is more than a programme, it’s a global movement empowering girls aged 13 to 18 with the confidence, emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and clarity of purpose they need to thrive in today’s world.
Created and led by Dr Adijat Adefila, an award-winning educator, coach, and visionary in personal development, Becoming HER offers a safe, supportive, and inspiring space where girls are guided to discover who they are, who they can become, and how to shape their future with confidence.
Participants will take part in fortnightly live sessions, gain access to expert-led mentorship, and receive a rich mix of curated tools and challenges designed to build resilience, self-awareness, and leadership.
